BJP seeks suggestions to make agenda for New India

Hyderabad, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will seek suggestions from all the sections in the country to make an agenda for "New India" as more effective and powerful. Talking to newsmen after participating in a meeting with the CEO of IT Sector as part of nation-wide programme called 'Bharat ke Mann ki Baat, Modi ke Saath' here on Sunday, Union Law and IT Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad said that we are seeking suggestions from all the sections of people in the country including farmers, security people, traders, business people, professionals besides creating infrastructure to make an agenda for "New India" with an aim to more effective and powerful country in the world. In this regard, more than 7,000 boxes kept at various places and 300 raths (chariots) also moving around the country. People can give suggestions in three formats---in writing (boxes), web-site and by giving missed call on the mobile number (6357171717) to record their suggestions,

Mr Prasad said the suggestions would be incorporated in the 2019 election manifesto. He stated that he was happy to say that no other political party have sought the view of the people of India in such a effective and democratic manner. Elaborating the developmental initiatives taken up by the BJP-led NDA Government at the Centre under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi during the last 4.5 years, Mr Prasad said today India is emerging super power and also reported fastest economic growth rate from 7.3 per cent to 7.5 per cent. India is also the sixth biggest economy of the world and surpassed France. By this year end, India may surpass British economy and emerge as fifth economy. Indian economy was in the 11th position when the Congress-led UPA government was at the Centre, Mr Prasad said.
